Yingying, Long time no see! Congrats!!

Chinese Americans are incredible, constantly striving to improve themselves. While we all come to the World of American English to improve our English skills, few know we Chinese have contributed to the English language. Needless to say toufu or potsticks, one of the most significant contributions was "face", saving face or losing face. It was we Chinese, neither the British nor the American, that symbolized reputation by face. Contemporarily, a new contribution is "lie flat,"  which means take it easy, relax. Lie flat, everyone.
