China is often cited as an example of a successful communist country. However, its economy has been described as capitalist. How can this be?

If one is puzzled about whether China is a communist country or a capitalist one, then it means that the person’s theory is incapable to explain the Chinese economy. If one really wants to understand the economy of China, the person has to upgrade his or her knowledge about the economy. All the theories he or she learned before cannot explain the Chinese economical phenomenon. The theories he or she learned before are all obsolete. He or she should learn a new theory, say, Xi’s theory. Then he or she will understand that China is not communist, nor capitalist, but a socialist country with Chinese characters.
