"arrive early"? The first sentence may have left out some

The first sentence may have left out some important information, making it impossible to answer the question:

Is "discussing the management plans with the office nurses" the only thing you do on a typical working day? If not, the first sentence probably should read:

Every day we need to go to the office to discuss the management plans with our office nurses at 7am before we .... = 隨後我們(開始一天的正常工作)。

Or, maybe you mostly work out there in the field and only go in to the office at 7 AM for the meeting. If that's the case, the answer may be "(no need to) come in / stop by".

My 2 cents.
