 北京冬奧會即近，政府最近宣布：觀眾會是selected spectators，運動員不得外出，必須stay in the  bubble 。 bubble 者，泡泡，小圈子也。疫情蔓延，美加政府也提倡大家少接觸，stay in the  bubble。但我們有時候則須  break the bubble 走出自己的 comfort or decompression zone ，多交異族朋友，學習英語
