Time flies. 

It has been 11 months since the rejuvenation of MYSJ.

Thank everyone in MYSJ as we have been successfully holding 11 monthly events， especially the award ceremonies. They are full of sense of ritual，but they are also very time consuming and energy consuming. 

I know that 花董 took his one day off to prepare it，忒綠 spent his vacation time

to prepare it，AP，陶導，天山，哈梅，盈盈，欲哥，大S，美景，花花，RC，蟲蟲，and Now，川川，茶詩人 ， etc etc， spent a lot time and energy preparing it. 

So， are there any suggestions on the management of the forum？ Any suggestions on the events of MYSJ？ e.g  reducing the frequency or reducing the course of the monthly events？
