arrogant : 也是貶義，指過高估計自己，以致驕傲自大或傲慢無禮，目中無人。a cocky person would be more boastful,
an arrogant person might just give off a sense of thinking they are superior.

approve of sb. - 滿意，喜歡 (某人)
