To answer one simple question to test if yourself or any person around you would have any psychological problems: are you peaceful or do you feel you are peaceful? If the answer is positive, you are generally good, if negative, you have some degree of mental problems, something or somethings are making you being disturbed. Try to stop it if any not letting it last longer than three to six months. 

What is the real peace? You feel happy and easy when you just stay and do nothing.
