人生若隻如初見，何事秋風悲畫扇。

等閑變卻故人心，卻道故人心易變。

驪山雨罷清宵半，淚雨霖鈴終不怨。

何如薄幸錦衣郎，比翼連枝當日願。

If life could be as sweet as our first day,

Things wouldn't have become dismayed

You and I have been in love so deep,

you should not have let me weep.

Now your heart changed so easily

making me so sad to face all these.

You said things always go like this, lovers

are easy to betray one another.

the Emperor of Tang and the Princess Yang

vowed to declare to be a couple in Lishan,

although they then unfortunately broke up,

they still held no grudge but tears and love,

Shall I compare you to the affectionate

and amorous Emperor of Tang?
