US State Dept issued a travel warning on May 20. I hesitated but decided to go anyway. Amid the rising tensions between Philippines and China. I found people quite friendly and the situation is calm. Really appreciate your concern. I'm waiting for my flight in Manila Airport. Once in Shanghai, I won't be able to access WXC until returning to the States by the end of July.
