She was sophisticated in many aspects， which makes me to think that it is unlikely that she qwrote a poem in that the speaker looks like a naive relationship encounter.

Her use of language is sophisticated too.

The use of ‘presently’
when for 'at the present time, now' is most often used with the present tense;
when for 'soon' often with the future tense.

But she used it with 虛擬的過去完成時。
