Start from the beginning, all over again. 1) Syllable by syllable, say them clearly. 2) Stop translating those poems. They won't do you any good as far as I can tell. 3) Spend more time on reading short, but easy stories. Find some books for children online and start from there. 4)Watch how your coworkers react when you talk to them and try to pinpoint where you can improve.
Go back to phonics.
