Although not interested in attacking, but to pick on others is hard to correct.
Imagining my writing is from other person, I would feel motivated. In addition, if it in a case of Rui Chenggang's 毛遂自薦, may more challenging plus the world is watching.
Try to criticize myself like I DO FOR OTHERS, it may work.
