When looking to the East I silent stood
Came an aged man in a dirty hood
That covered his blank eyes and his bald head
In one hand a cane and the other bread
Singing "an eagle swiftly swoops
Turning my head in loops
An eagle begins to soar
Being tired of the old bore"
My heavy heart stirred when I heard this:
Was he also missing an eagle's kiss?
My heart stirred
