I had a break of more than one months from running after my injury in December due to overtraining.
I was able to run six miles at the end of January. I decided to run for this Marathon less two months from the race day. The longest runing distance in my training was 12 miles. I'm grateful and happy that I could finish the course even though I had to walk the last six miles. I'm sure I wll do be better when I have enough time to train next time.
