* Brushing teeth is not enough

However thoroughly and however long you brush your teeth, bacteria still breed between the teeth, which can cause heart disease. Clean between the teeth frequently with dental floss.

* 僅僅刷牙時不夠的

不管你刷牙多徹底，刷牙時間多長，細菌依然可以在牙縫中滋生，從而引起心髒病。所以，平時多用牙線清洗牙縫。
