今天我很生氣。

打車，上車，對司機說: two thousand and one,M street.  怕他反應不過來，又具體的說了一下： the twentieth and M (也就是20街和M街道的交界）

結果他帶我七拐八拐，最後開到23th and M， 問我在哪裏停。

我說， I said: the twentieth and M, u know twentieth? two-zero? 

他說，oh I thought u said twenty-three.

我說，if I meant that, I would have said "twenty-third". I said two thousand and one, then I said the twentieth, I don't understand why you still got it wrong? 

他說，sorry sorry sorry...

開車最後送我到地方，我氣得一分小費都沒給。

自認為發音已經很不錯了，司機聽錯了，是不是因為司機不是美國人的緣故？

否則，那真要去自我檢討了。
