請教：Thanksgiving Day 是a descriptive phrase or set phrase? thanks!

A set phrase, also called a fixed phrase, is a phrase  whose parts are fixed, as a culturally accepted phrase.

Since Thanksgiving is also called Thanksgiving Day,  I would say that Thanksgiving Day is a set phrase.
