My guess is that the pain is not something serious.  Probably you can try come streching that helps to strengthen that part of the body.  But consult a professional to be on the safe side.

I have signed up for my first F.M.  The race date is 12/09.  My target time is between 4  and 4.5 hours.

I ran 12 miles yesterday.  It was a good run for the temperature is from 50s to 60s this weekend, quite unusual in this season here.
