I got two pedometers this years.
We are currently having an activity called GCC (Global Corporate Challgenge?).
We formed groups inside the company. Everyone wears a pedometer and records the steps each day. At the end of the three months period, the top three groups that have the most number of steps recorded will be the winners and get rewarded (for a iPod or something like).
To my surprise, the average daily number of steps recorded by the member in my group is around 10,000, more than the 7000 daily steps that I entered.
