SHIRLEY GRIFFITH: It is that time of year again! Warm weather has returned to Earth’s northern hemisphere. Summer is a time when people of all ages feel like getting their swimwear and going to the nearest swimming pool or seashore. Many of us gain(這裏的gain最好不要讀成降調,因為還沒結束) weight because of inactivity during the winter.
