did well in handling that incident.To me, your English is excellent! I am impressed by your writing and pronunciation skills. Everybody has his own ways of doing things and handling tough situations and I am proud of you!  I am not sure at similiar situation if I could do better than you. We improve ourselves through experience. So take the high road, keep doing what you are doing and go with your strengths!
