After watching the trailer Rebecca posted here on this forum, I convinced my whole family to go and watch it in a movie theatre. We like Woody Allen and his work, and this one is no exception.
I agree with all your points but one: "who really wants to live in a past era when there were no antibiotics, no air conditioners, no TVs and cell phones?" I believe I am not the only one who can not only stand such "uncivilization" but more or less enjoy it. :-) 我知道我又在抬杠。:-)
One thing bothers me is that I can't fully get all the conversations in the movie. So if I watch it next time, I'll find the transcript first.
