Speaking of sleeping, we should not take sleeping pills and alaxtive the same time, you know what will be happening right? ha ha! When I was about 24 years old(not long ago, of course :)) I suffered from insomnia, and for quite a long perioed of time I kept tossing and turning at night after midnight could not sleep well. so I went to see my family doctor. The doctor said:"Little girl tell me what has kept you from sleeping ",I said:" I don't know I just could not sleep well". So the doctor gave me some advice: don't drink coffee before going to bed, blah blah blah and he decided that I could have some sleeping pills if I wish. Finally when he stopped it came to my sense all at once that I also somewhat had a constipation problem, so I asked him if he could give me some alaxtive, but the doctor said:"| no no, it is not fun at all taking sleeping pills and alaxtive together." 瀉藥與安眠藥不能同時吃的。
