This is the controversial Superbowl ad from Pete Holstra's campaign, attacking his political opponent Sen. Debbie Stabnow, at the expense of Asian Americans. The ad itself is racist and have caused many controversies in media outlets. From the point of English study, I personally think the woman in the video speaks quite good English. Well, manybe not as good as native speakers, but she speaks it with good pronunciation and intonation, and with just a few grammar mistakes. But in many news media, the character was depicted as speaking in broken English, which makes me wonder what fluent English is like. What do you think?
