看語境，強調別的意思是別的，這兩個詞都可以弱讀吧 :-)

例如這一句，強調這三個詞 TRY，SECOND and THIRD 時， 那麽when和win都可以弱讀（表情都一樣）：
TRY to win the SECOND and THIRD match when competing with them ... ...
