In that night when I first listened to Song From A Secert Garden the first time, Autumn rain was beating my windows and Autumn wind was with me in my dreams.

Or

In that night when I listened to Song From A Secert Garden for the first time, Autumn rain was beating my windows and Autumn wind was with me in my dreams.

 

Replaced "the first time" with "first" or "for the first time".
