Labor and Delivery專業的解釋是......

Labor: the series of events by which uterine contractions and abdominal pressure expel the fetus and placenta from the woman's body. 從宮縮開始，到胎兒的出生和胎盤的脫落排出，這一係列的events統稱為“labor”

 

Delivery: 應該特指“生產”，比如預產期的一個說法叫EDD: estimated date of delivery. 生產的方式：type of delivery, 是natural vaginal birth or C-section?
