I also think that "is approaching" is much better than "is approached" in this case.

Following up the yesterday's discussion, "Wisdom brings the world harmony" sounds a little bit strange to me. What do you think? Are "Wisdom brings the world harmony" equals to "wisdom brings harmony to the world". Thanks!
