- The phone didn’t give -> The answering machine didn’t give. This one is actually the phone, but I meant the automatic service that let you choose 1, 2, 3 to go to different extentions. Just asked lg, he couldn't come up with the word, he said it's automated phone something. I googled, the right thing is automated phone prompts.
