First, there is indeed some difficulties in your pronunciation. I feel you may be tring too hard. Obviously the "r" in the "tr" got skewed or shortchanged. Relax and you should do fine, because you already realized there is a gap.
Second, I would say that the posture/demeaner/confidence when you talk also affects people's understanding of your words. Don't tense up or feel awkward. The moment you tighten up, you body language emits subtle signals to your audiences. The "coolness" of your "sway" can carry you over.
