triumphs over the natual love for the lanuage. With that said, as a person holding a science degree and working in a technical area, I do probably have a little bit more interest in the area of lanuage/literature than some of the math/science people.
In our daily life, communication is the key for everything, let it be in your work or home life. As such mastering the lanuage in the country you are living in is of uttermost importance. I myself have become more confident and open as my English improves.
