1. 用紅糖+點兒鹽,+ 辣椒粉(我的改良)均勻抹在排骨上,放置一晚

2. 生抽醬油+蜂蜜(我改良了用Maple Syrup)做汁兒,蓋上錫紙烤1.5個小時左右(最後10分鍾把錫紙拿走)
烤好後切好的:
