Rubinstein's renditions of Chopin's nocturnes are my favorite.
I ordered Fou's CD of Chopin's piano concertos early Janurary at amazon.com, still haven't got it, quite strange. It is the only item in stock, though.
As I see it, Fou's interpretation is eccentrically charming.
