不孕，更年期

I had miscarriage in 05/2011, then my periods are irregular since then. My periods were always between 24-25 in the past >20 years. I went to see doctor. Doctor ordered blood tests. Here is the results: FSH :14.4 and estrogen is <50 . They were done on the third day during the period.

Doctor thinks my FSH was a little high and my estrogen level was a little low. I maybe close to 更年期 and need to see 不孕 doctor. 我43歲，很想再要個小孩。我還有多大機會，應怎麽做？

I have two insurance coverages next year. One with Kaiser, one with high ductable PPO plan with Atena. How do these two plans work together? What treatments do I need? Are they covered by these two plans? My doctor isn't till nexy year..I would like to get any advices here. very sad...Thank you!
