here, 疫情期間不能上餐館,我自己根據網上資料寫下來的羅宋湯recipy:

3/4 lb pork with bone or beef stew or mix

3 or 4 tomato, 2 big sized potato, 1 big onion, 4 to 5 piece celery, 1 big Jalapeno, 1 vegetable broth, 1 big carrot, 1 garlic, 1 can tomato paste, 1 cabbage. And (laurel) bay leaves, (romero) rosemary, basil and catch-up etc. wash, dice and cut vegetables

1. boil pork or sauté beef

2. start new with: sauté onion, then add garlic and carrot, then add celery and tomatoes, finally add potato, short time.

3. put meat and vegetables in instant pot, add vegetable broth, cabbage and tomato paste, and bay leaves, rosemary, basil and catchup.

4. set high pressure at 7 min. Cook and release steam after 7 min.

5. heat bread.

6. dinner is ready.
