英語語調漫談 (4) - 五種語調的例子：

I am looking for a CAR. - rising falling tone. (highlighting, to express his emphasis of the "CAR": 5)

OKay.  - falling rising tone (implication, yes, to acknowledge,  questing more information : 4)

for a new car? - rising tone.              (questionig: 2)

No, for a used car. - falling tone (stating a fact, certainty: 1)

Note:
1 代表降調  falling tone
2 代表升調  rising tone
3 代表平調  level tone
4 代表降升調  falling-rising tone
5 代表升降調  rising-falling tone
