landlord／tenant問題

現在的房客給了30天notice在3／30，合同04／30到期。最近房客給我一個email，說要多幾天。我已經聯係了新房客進駐05／02。

很討厭這個房客，現在和我講沒有時間，不讓我show房子給新房客。盡管合同裏有24小時notice，竟然不理睬電話，email。很rude。


如果現在的房客04／30到期不搬，我可以去file eviction？如何迅速將現有房客vacated？
