Please help,
because my parents are in America right now,they want to return a property they bought 2 years ago in Chongqing (the real estate company did not keep their promise to finish building on time), the company required them to send a notarized docments : They gave the rights to their son(my brother in Chongqing) to take care of this case.
We don't know where should we go for the certified translation from Chinese to English and notary? PLEASE HELP MY DAD, THANKS!
