我有權拒絕Health Insurance 對我的詢問嗎?

最近一兩年我因為患有兩種慢性病, 治療檢查用了不少錢, (每年大約幾千到一萬刀)其實真的用起來，這些錢並不很多，隻要看看做一個檢查或一個procedure 有多貴就知道了．可是我的insurance 來找我了，他們是以一個Nurse group 的名義找我的，問我近來身體如何，各項指標有多高，要不要幫助，我認為她們是好意，就一一告訴了她們．她們就設定了一個時間表，說會定期給我打電話幫我，後來我把此事告訴了
我的Primary doctor, 他馬上說我不應該告訴她們，以後要是再來電話，　就拒絕並讓她們去和他deal,我自然隻好照他說的去做，但是擔心拒絕她們會不會帶來什麽麻煩，比如不做或拖延我的Claims process,
很煩心，不知道下一步會是如何．
