they only care about their money.
the other half you are right.
they try to see if there's any wrong doing by the doctore(medical billing).It usually done by their nurse.

that's why I said the lady didn't know what she's talking about. If I was wrong? maybe, I wait and see how she answer my last questions. it's always good to learn.
