緊急求教老貓：在給公司發信說自己被歧視後一個月被解雇

老貓你好：

我由於覺得自己和其他同事在公司長期受到一些經理的歧視，給公司發了律師信，讓他們調查，結果在這個月內公司頭目和HR處處找我的茬， 在月底以我一天沒有去公司為借口把我解雇。那天其實我在work from home,是經過我的經理同意的，我也把work home 這個事情在那天用電子郵件公訴了HR, 那個公司長年work home的人很多。 請問我可以控告嗎？要是可以，應該怎麽告啊，謝謝
