A：是否侵權和如何賠償是兩個概念。 當然了，侵權是賠償的前提，但是這不代表侵權了就一定有賠償。 如果那本書在美國沒有注冊，按照版權法的規定，作者也還是有版權的，因為有沒有版權和有沒有注冊無關。 隻要寫出來，就有版權了。 但是如果他沒有注冊，就沒權力告你侵權，也談不上或得賠償。 可是你的確是侵權了。
