多謝caliber詳細解答。
我的想法是：教科書的內容是屬於公開信息，公開思想，而我的筆記是對這種信息的一種歸納和改寫，從這個角度講似乎又不侵權。另外，我想請教：derivative具體包括哪些方麵，要到何種改寫程度才不能算derivative?
你說“whether you have liability or not is a different question”又如何解釋？
