my divorce case is so complicated,ask lao mao for help pls!

請教老貓和各位網友:

我現在的情況是:老公h1, 我h4,老公140已經批,他和我的485在2007年7月遞上去了,他使主申請人.我有EAD 卡但沒有工作,因為孩子還太小(一個快4歲,一個才7個月),老公在中國有了情人,想與我離婚並與她結婚,現正打算以B1身份讓她先過來,可他又不想去美國法院起訴,因為不想付法院規定該付的撫養費.想與我在這裏協議離婚.他年薪7萬1,說最多付我們1千5一月,然後讓我帶兩孩子回中國,如果不同意他的提議,則幾個月後他將把工作辭了回國,然後他將在國內起訴離婚.
我呢,一是不是很想離,因為孩子太可憐,在說我現在也沒有工作.要離我也希望拿到綠卡(.他的PD是2006年10月,不知可能還要等多久?)可他就是想趁他律卡批之前離了好給她辦綠卡,.如果我回國,我也擔心不一定找得到工作,萬一他不付撫養費,而我又沒有工作,那我們正的隻能望洋興歎了,等著餓死了.請老貓及各位指教我該怎麽維護我和孩子的權益.萬分感謝!
