請問老貓和各位xdjm,美國法官簽署的Order怎樣拿到中國執行?

小孩父親欠child support和我的部分律師費. 現在法官簽署了一個Order, 我可以record a Lien on his property, 包括他在國內的房子(因為他美國的房子快要被forclosed了). 請問, 怎麽lien他國內的房產呢? 謝謝大家!
