車禍---請網友分析責任何方？

地點：San Jose, CA
時間：8:25am, 10/2/2008

圖1、示意圖
本人駕駛小車正常速度直行，卡車減速進入中間道，
小車繼續正常速度直行，略並排與卡車。此時，卡車
突然右轉，小車向路邊躲閃。卡車繼續右轉，小車急
刹車。碰撞在路邊。
小車受卡車正側麵擠撞，基本報廢。本人輕傷（也許
有潛在的受傷），卡車司機無受傷害，卡車右前輪外
表受損。


圖2、現場照片
刹車印約2個小車車身長，沒有很深痕跡，當時本人
沒有想到卡車右轉（前麵是丁字路口，卡車應向左轉）
一開始隻是躲閃，並沒有踩死刹車。刹車印也顯示
小車是從右邊道路中間躲閃到路邊。


圖3、警察報告：
警察到場後沒有與雙方司機交談，隻與卡車司機的同事略作
交談後並根據最後撞車現場完成報告。（事故現場在卡車公
司門口）在警察交給我報告時，說100%責任在小車，我想
解釋，但警察已匆匆離去。事後我看警察畫的圖明顯與事實
有偏差。圖中顯示卡車是直行，而小車是曲線。邏輯上不通。

本人觀點：
卡車為右轉，減速進入中間道，此時卡車沒有開方向燈，
小車勻速在右邊道中間直行，並排與卡車，當卡車右轉時，
小車被迫向路邊躲閃並刹車。撞車後，卡車右轉方向燈亮，
有可能卡車進入中間道才開方向燈，而此時下車已並排卡車
因此，沒有看到。

各位大俠幫忙分析一下，難道真如警察所言，全是我的責任？
