you'll have to press your insurance to take your side of story. no one else can help you. yes this is such a minor case for any hungory lawyer to take it up for you. and if you want to go to court to fight this one, it's really all up in the air-- judge will decide based on police report the most, of cause you can challenge the accuracy of it, if you can argue the case and convince the judge, in court. the best possible result will be 50-50. your collision coverage will get your car fixed, if you have it.
