Your statement here has a problem. Truck was in the left turn lane and returned to the traffic lane.

"卡車為右(It was in left turn lane)轉，減速進入中間道，此時卡車沒有開方向燈，小車勻速在右邊道中間直行，並排與卡車，當卡車右轉 (Right turn return to the traffic lane) 時，小車被迫向路邊躲閃並刹車。撞車後，卡車右轉方向燈亮，有可能卡車進入中間道才開方向燈，而此時下車已並排卡車
因此，沒有看到。"

I dont know what exactly you told the COP, it sounds like the COP was wrong.
