Please help us!

Here are points:

1. Two old women (one is 71y, one is 68y) get up at 3:00am to go to airport to take airplane. We arrived at airport around 4:45am. Our airplane is 6:30am from Boston to China via Atlanta.

2. Ms Cenia is the check-in staff. When she said our bags are overweight and would give us $80 fine, we claimed that we would like to take out some stuffs to reduce the weight. She is not happy. After we took off staffs from the bags and come back to check in again, she asked us go to the end of the line. Then we requested our passport, green card and ticket from her. However she refused to return our documents. There are three check-in staffs. She refuse to return our documents that means
A: We don’t have opportunity to check-in at other two staffs. It will delay our waiting time.
B: We have got to check-in in her hand and she can give us a hard time.

3. When it comes our turn, this time the weight is within the 50LBs. Interesting, this time she said our bags are oversize. She would give us $300 fine.

4. We understand that she is giving us a hard time. For catching the airplane, we claimed that we would like to give up our bags. We don’t check-in any bags and just board with the carry-luggage. However, she still didn’t let us check-in. She just let us go home and call the custom service center to reschedule. We asked her explain why shouldn’t we take airplane today and how much is the reschedule fee. She told us the reschedule fee is $928 and did not explain reasons. We were shocked by such an expensive reschedule fee and requested to take airplane today. She refused to check-in for us and just ask us leave without explain. We can not leave before we get explain. So she threat us call the state police. We would like to let the police judge this issue. After police heard our statement, the police officer also can not understand why she did not let us check-in. He tried to request her let us check-in. Later the police get back to us and said that the reason that we should reschedule is that we have run out of the time today and we can just pay $100 to reschedule the ticket by calling the service center. Then we left. We still can not understand why she told us that we need to pay $928 to reschedule our ticket.

5. After we come home, we called service center to reschedule our airplane. The service center told us the reschedule fee is $928. Who can imagine the reschedule fee is as expensive as $928 in Delta? We can not believe our ear. We asked they email us this bill. Yes, their bill shown that if we want to reschedule our airplane, we need to pay $928 reschedule fee. Then we asked Delta refund our ticket and we would like to take other company’s airplane. Then we were told that according to their company’s record, our ticket had been blanked out by someone. That means our airplane ticket disappeared. The question is why did our ticket disappear? Where did it go? Who did such thing? Now we know the real reason that resulted us could not take today’s airplane is our ticket was cancelled by someone. We can not accept this fact. It looks like our ticket was plundered by someone in the daytime. How can we accept this result? Then we called Delta again and again to explain what happened this morning in the airport. Finally, someone told us truth and said that their custom service center can not do anything for us. We need to ask the airport supervisor dissolve this issue for us. So we go to airport again. After hearing our statement, their supervisor (it’s a different person with the morning one) apologized to us and rescheduled our ticket with $200 fee.
6. Now we can not understand is how can their staffs do this to their custom? Blank out our ticket! Why should we pay this $200 reschedule fee? It’s not fair.

We tried to connect with Delta, they refused to refund this $200 to us. What can we do now? Thank you! Thank you!
