Hi Big Cat,

Thank you very much for your good suggestions. Here answer your questions:

1. The airplane which we plan to to take is from Boston to Atlanta. According to rule, we just need to check in 30min before 6:30am.

2. The two persons are mothers. Their kids can bring their bags home.

3. We tried to discuss with their supervisor. Maybe because it's early morning, she almost did not hear us. Just told that check-in stuff:"Good girl. You did great job."

4. According to the rules, the size limitation is 62" in total. Our bags are exactly 62".

5. The price of our ticket is $870. So $928 is more expensive than buying a new ticket.

6. We send email to Delta complain. They apologized for what happened that day. But they refused to refuned those $200. Total $400 for two person.

7. We agreed to on the line again. But she refused to return our documents.

Yes. We just think it's not fair. We cannot understand how can this happen. What she cancelled is not just our seat. She cancelled our ticket. That means our $870 goes to the under of the water.
